How can I get a Soldier Pen Pal? - soldier pen pals

I want to write a soldier, an American soldier, I would like if it happens again, but I mean, of course I will not ask for it. I know there are many places for some reason but I can not e-mail from them. I was wondering if anyone can give advice or knows a soldier who has read the letter would, or if it super spectacular locations. All I really want to do is write letters and maybe a package sent from time to time.
