Obviously, you were seen by a doctor - someone had to make to the DEXA. Did you? Did not you ask? I do not understand what you did with "mean .. a bone density test and [no] [da] the pain ..". What causes pain? The DEXA or test was negative, which means the loss of bone mass is not causing pain. Anyone who tells you that deteriorate your bones?
Below you will find a link to a website that analyzes the causes of bone loss. I do not know if any of the above apply to you. Do not take this as a diagnosis. The only reason for the bone pain that comes to mind are osteomyelitis, fractures, and osteosarcoma.
