I had the flu all week and I am desperate for some relief from sinus congestion. He is so strong and nothing moves. I tried the-counter decongestants, prescription cough syrup for a Neti pot, inhaling steam, taking hot showers / baths, chicken soup ... whatever. I've never had this persistent congestion. Ony things that has really helped me when my doctor told me about a sinus wash that kill the bacteria.
You must
distilled water
Salt
Liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver in the health food store.
